Electric machinery repairs – Compressors, mixers and more


We repair electric machinery commonly used on worksites and workshops, including compressors, mixers, and other small electric machines. We don’t rewind motors, but we’ll happily handle all other repairs. If you’re not sure, bring it in and we’ll let you know what can be done.

Examples of work we can do include:

  • Mixers: Service or replace bearings, seals, couplings, and drive shafts; repair external motor parts like cooling fans, brushes, and caps; check for wear on seals, mounts, and other moving parts
  • Compressors: Service linkages, valves, pistons, and bearings; repair external motor components (no rewinding)
  • Electric Motor Repairs: Adjust belt tracking and tension; replace worn rollers or bearings; realign tracking systems; repair or replace drive components, motor bearings, and pulleys

Test and tag service

Our test and tag service makes it easy to stay compliant with safety regulations. We test your tools and machinery, tag them with the correct stickers, and help you meet site requirements. Quick turnaround and competitive pricing - perfect for busy tradies who need it done right, without the wait.

In our workshop, we also stock a selection of popular power tools and spare parts to keep you equipped for the job. Whether you need a replacement part or a new tool, we can help you find what fits your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Drop it off with us - there is a $40 inspection fee but we're honest and will let you know if it's worth fixing or not. You can ask for a quote if you wish or we go ahead with the repair if the cost is half or less than the cost of a replacement new power tool.

We fix a wide range of power tools of different brands but not all brands. If you have a brand that's not listed below you are welcome to ring us but some brands have their own repairers especially if it's under warranty.

No booking needed — just drop off at the workshop at 17B Somerset Street, Frankton in Hamilton. We’re open all day.

No, we don’t do motor rewinds — but we do a range of other repairs.
